Quick Lock Pipe Clamp with Clamping Head M8/M10
DESCRIPTION:
Quick Lock clamp is made from size 3/8"(17-19 mm) to 4" (106-116 mm). All dimensions in this series are equipped with combined clamping head M8/M10. Pipe clamps are provided with a quick-locking two-stage lock on one side, which is used for simple pre-clamping of the pipe with one hand and the safety bolt on the other side, which is used for tightening the clamp to pipe firmly.
Quick Lock pipe clamp meets the demands of the largest installations on ceilings, walls, floors and others due to its compatibility and structural design of individual parts.
Advantages:
The patented two-stage quick lock allows pre-mounting of a pipe easily and also prevents from uncontrolled opening of the clamp when it`s clicked in.
Only one-hand mounting.
Combined clamping head M8/M10 with high solidity and resistance to tensile load.
Security screw prevents its removal from the socket, which is also equipped with a combined head with a cross and a slot.
The clamp is fitted into a rubber lining which is made of 100% new materials that are used for the production of EPDM.
Useable in the temperature range from -50 ° C to +120 °C.
Pipe clamp is checked for noise protection according to DIN4109.
Prevents the effects of electrolysis.
When 100% EPDM rubber profile is exchanged for silicone profile it is guaranteed to use at temperatures up to +225 ° C.
This product is registered at European Designs.
